Go-Live
Go-Live
Before you can begin the Go-Live process, you must have a paid Docusign account with a plan that includes a Rooms API product, such as:
- Enterprise Offerings
- Enhanced Real Estate Brokerage Plans
- Rooms for Mortgage
To begin the Go-Live process for your application:
-
Open a Support Case, choose Continue in the eSignature Rooms CLM column, then APIs & Development, and finally Docusign APIs. Include the words Rooms Go-Live in the your Case Subject and provide the following information:
- The name and email of a Production Admin user, who can be any member of the account with full administrative permissions
- Your production API Account ID
- Your developer API Account ID
- The integration key of the application in the developer environment to be pushed into production
-
Docusign will perform a review on the developer transactions recorded between the specified dates. Once they’re confirmed, you will receive a Go-Live form to sign. Sign the form to submit it to Docusign for processing.
Note: If your application fails Go-Live review, you may be required to bring it into compliance with the Rules and resource limits before you can Go-Live.
API endpoints
The developer and production endpoints for most Docusign APIs use slightly different paths. This table lists the endpoint base paths for each Docusign environment so you know how to modify your code when you migrate from the developer environment to production.
