# How to obtain admin consent for internal applications

> Describes the procedure for obtaining admin consent for internal applications

Although granting consent is performed on an individual-user basis by default, you can simplify this process for users within your company’s organization by using the [Docusign admin](https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US\&rsc_301\&bundleId=rrf1583359212854\&topicId=god1583359152535.html&_LANG=enus) panel to grant consent on behalf of all members of your organization's claimed domains simultaneously.

## Grant consent to an internal application

You can use the Docusign Admin panel to grant consent directly to applications owned by your organization (applications whose integration keys are owned by your org) on behalf of all users within your claimed domains.

> **Note**
>
> To grant consent on behalf of users within your organization domains, you must have claimed at least one domain. See [Claim a domain](https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US\&rsc_301=\&bundleId=rrf1583359212854\&topicId=gso1583359141256_1.html&_LANG=enus) for details on how to claim a domain for your organization.

To grant consent directly to an internal application:

1. Open your [Organization](https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/organization/) home page in Docusign Admin.
2. In the left nav, select **Connected Apps**.

3. Select **Authorize Application** and choose an application from the drop-down menu. This menu lists every integration key by name.
4. In the **Add New Application** dialog, enter the permissions you are granting the users of your application. Typically this is `signature impersonation`.

These permissions apply to every user who is a member of the organization’s reserved domains.

**Note**: The Docusign Admin feature is not enabled for all accounts. Please contact your Docusign sales representative if you need to enable Docusign Admin.

## Next steps

* Every Docusign workflow requires that your user grant explicit consent for your application to act on their behalf. See [Obtain and revoke consent](/platform/auth/consent) for details and a description of each way to get consent from your users.
