# Application review process

> Learn about the process for how your ISV partner apps are reviewed.

To maintain the quality and reliability of their integration(s) with Docusign, all Docusign Partners developing General Connectors must undergo an application review for each integration they develop. If a Partner has multiple applications they are integrating with Docusign, each application integration will go through its application review.

> **Note**
>
> [Digital Referral](/partner/digital-referral) is an eligibility prerequisite for the ISV app review.

The application review allows Docusign to review the functionality of your integration and give any recommendations on best practices, security, or missing functionality. Once the partner has completed the integration development, they should create a [partner support case](https://partners.docusign.com/s/partner-support) case indicating they are ready to start their application review process. [Docusign Partner Program](https://partners.docusign.com/s/join-now) Support will respond with the necessary information for the partner to submit.

Partners will be required to submit information about their integration. Visit the Partner Portal for details about what is necessary for the review, which includes a:

* **Technical Questionnaire**: Technical information around the integration, such as OAuth method, envelope details, and Docusign features that are used.
* **Demo Video**: A recording of the actual, functional integration, which should be structured as a typical walkthrough of configuring your integration, authentication, and use case (how you have incorporated Docusign into your application workflow and process).
* **Partner Solution Listing**: Provide details about your company vision, joint value proposition, and solution, which may be featured on our Docusign Partner Finder tool upon the Partner’s approval.
* **Sales Battlecard**: Partner company details to assist Docusign field sales and support teams.

Once the application is reviewed and approved, a complimentary special production account will be provisioned. This production account can be used during the go-live process to promote your integration key into our production environment. If the partner has multiple integrations, each app, and associated integration key can be promoted into and managed from the same production account. This production account must be solely used for the purposes of managing the partner integration(s); non-authorized use of this account will result in suspension of this benefit.
