### Customer onboarding using Workflow Builder

Let’s assume Jane is a New-to-Bank (NTB) customer and she would like to purchase an endowment plan. As part of the electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) process, Jane needs to fill out an application form that requires her to provide her personal information.

Using Docusign Workflow Builder, the state-of-the-art workflow engine, the bank can orchestrate this process. The bank can create a workflow by using: Web forms to get the user’s information, ID Verification to get the user’s identity verified, eSignature to sign the document and an extension app to archive the document using a cloud storage system.
