# Use extensions in Workflow Builder workflows

> Learn how Workflow Builder API workflows enable you to build and digitize agreement processes with Docusign and Partner services in an easy no-code experience.

The Workflow Builder API (and the [Workflow Designer](https://apps-d.docusign.com/send/workflows/) UI that it supports) enables customers to build and digitize their agreement processes, called *workflows*, with Docusign and Partner services. Customer process builders can use Workflow Builder workflows to easily build and deploy workflows that streamline their agreement process with clicks rather than code, as shown in the image.

You can use workflows to integrate Docusign first-party capabilities with external applications (called via extension apps) for a frictionless experience, enabling your customers to self-serve, discover, and enable new functionality using the [Docusign App Center](https://apps-d.docusign.com/app-center).

For details, see [Workflow Builder API 101 overview](/docs/workflow-builder-api/workflow-builder101).
