Docusign Monitor helps organizations protect their agreements with round-the-clock eSignature, CLM, and IAM activity tracking. The Monitor API delivers this activity information in JSON chunks directly to your existing security stack, integrating easily with the software you’re already using, including: * Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like Splunk or Sumo Logic * Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Integrating Monitor with these tools gives your team flexibility to tailor dashboards and alerts to meet your specific industry, security, and regulatory requirements. You can see a video walkthrough on Docusign Monitor below: ## Requirements to use the Monitor API Monitor tracks eSignature and CLM account activity at the organization level, and therefore requires you to define an organization within Docusign Admin. Subject to these prerequisites, some Docusign Monitor functionality is available for developer (demo) accounts to test in the Monitor Free Edition version, while the paid edition of Docusign Monitor (that includes the Docusign Monitor API) is available as a separate product. The free version of Docusign Monitor does not support the Monitor API, [SIEM](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_information_and_event_management) integration (including the [Docusign Monitor Splunk App](https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?rsc_301=\&bundleId=gso1581445176035\&topicId=sfj1611351664499.html)), or CLM events and alerts. Contact [Docusign Support](https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport) for more information about how to enable the Monitor API. > Learn about where to start for working with the Monitor API. ## Docs - [Events and alerts](https://developers.docusign.com/docs/monitor-api/monitor101/events-alerts.md): See how Docusign Monitor uses events and alerts to track account activity across your organization. - [Tracking data and handling alerts](https://developers.docusign.com/docs/monitor-api/monitor101/tracking-data-handling-alerts.md) - [Best practices for handling alerts](https://developers.docusign.com/docs/monitor-api/monitor101/best-practices-handling-alerts.md) - [Authentication](https://developers.docusign.com/docs/monitor-api/monitor101/auth.md): Docusign Monitor helps organizations protect their agreements with round-the-clock activity tracking.
