# API vs UI-only functionality

Not all Docusign Admin UI functionality is available directly from the API. Some highly restricted Docusign Admin tasks can only be performed in the Docusign Admin UI:

* Creating a new organization
* Changing the name or description of an organization
* Transferring an envelope between accounts
* Reading audit logs
* Adding, editing, or removing organization administrators
* Linking or unlinking accounts with an organization
* Managing domains and IDPs
